Opening torrents not fully downloading

Well I use uTorrent with Firefox, and when I click the link to download a torrent, it gives me the option to open with a program of my choice. Have tried opening the torrent file via the mirror link, downloading the torrent file and running it, dragging it into utorrent and using the add new torrent button. none of these have shown the pop-up window, however all will open utorrent to a blank joblist. On the action about uTorrent check “Allow on device” to allow uTorrent; Allow uTorrent in Other Antivirus Software. There are many antivirus software out there.
