When I contacted support they handled it very poorly took them over a month to respond and they couldn't provide me any evidence or even explain how it is they came about this ridiculous idea that they accused me of. I truly believe this company is corrupt after finding out this happens quite often to people that work for there company i realized if grubhub is ever forced to pay you hourly because of slow deliveries expect the same thing to happen to you!
