I have a subscription for Microsoft Office that gives me 5 licenses. I have only used 3 of them and I need to install it on a new computer but when I login to office.

I have tried this from 2 different computers, and tried 3 different browsers Edge, IE, and Chrome. The result is the same. The first time I tried this was 2 days ago. Then I tried again yesterday afternoon and just now. I tried to contact Microsoft support and did the call back option.

The person who called me said that it is an issue they are working to resolve and to wait 2 hours. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical.
