It includes a series of supplemental assets, such as assessments, additional follow-on learning, and the PMI slides provided in the training that a learner may use for their exam preparation.
It is a requirement for all learners, regardless of who the training provider is. The Learner Kit vouchers are valid for one year from the date on which they are purchased by the customer, and are accessible for one year from the date the voucher is redeemed. If you have any trouble redeeming your voucher, registering for the PMP exam, getting the learner kit or have questions about the content within it, please reach out to PMI directly.
Vouchers are non-refundable. Skillsoft provides customer support pertaining to the purchase and fulfillment of the voucher. Once your transaction has gone through, you should expect 2 follow-up emails. The first one is your payment receipt this will not include the actual voucher code.
