Sky solo plus download app

Sometimes the app uses this name and other times it just refers to the 'sky box'. Please resolve these issues. Until recently I have used the box for several years with no problem. Had great hopes of latest review but it still tells me I am not connected to my sky box and I have to connect nearly every but not every time. Very annoying. Please rectify. Addendum 1st September.
