Fallout 76 ps4 wont download

Wonder if that was an overnight server issue? Fallout hi fallout 76 on game pass pc wont sign in and connect to the servers say vault tec engineers are working on it. It has not worked for 2 days now. They removing two events forever, cause they cannot fix it. Only managers left, to drain your money. Anyone else having trouble building walls?? Everytime I change a type of wall once for instance from wood to metal and vice versa.
