New vegas not loading after downloading mods nexus

I've checked the modding help for begginers and it doesn't help, I've played Fallout new vegas before a couple of months ago with mods installed and they worked fine but then I got bored and uninstalled it, now i've reinstalled in and downloaded new mods however the game acts like I haven't downloaded anything, I check the fallout mod manager and it can't find the mods and the data files menu in the launcher can't detect anything I use the nexus mod manager so I let it find the New Vegas directory itself, does anyone know a fix for this?

A huge advantage of the NMM program is that you do not have to download each mod for Fallout 4 separately, then manually copy the files to the game directory by configuring the configuration files.

This can not only replace the necessary files and the game will stop running, but also uncomfortable and often incomprehensible. Confirmed my mods and steam and new vegas are all on the same hard drive and my path for my mod folder leads to the proper hard drive. I tried moving my mods into my steam folder with all my steam games but that didn't work. At the same time, the desire to keep all the old ones, because if suddenly the mod does not stand up, then the game will often stop starting.

The two different versions are compatible for older versions of Windows XP and modern versions 7, 8 and Windows Vista.
