Iphone live photos trouble downloading to pc
I run the Windows Photo app, it detects the photos and videos on my iPhone, starts to export, then says "something went wrong, your files may not have imported" I contacted Microsoft and they reinstalled the operating system, didn't work. Doesn't seem to be a software issue because all the software has been reset. Go to Solution. View solution in original post. When prompted "Allow this device to access photos and videos". Open Windows File Explorer and you should be able to find your iPhone in the directory. I appreciate the response but why should I need to do a kludgy workaround? My point is I paid for the computer and didn't get what I paid for. And it may work, but I have to deal with the challenges and disorganization I mentioned.
I've been a dell and windows guy for 25 years, windows used to work and dell used to be known for it's support. Neither are true anymore, they're charging thousands of dollars and the products they send have defects they don't have the resources to correct, and people like us are left trying to figure our way around said defect.
