You can disable specific updates in Windows Update Service by right-clicking the update you want to disable and chose "Hide update" Do that with Nvidia updates that appear in your Windows Updates. Navigate to 'Digital Signatures' tab under the file properties and click on 'Details'. If the digital signature is not valid, then the file is corrupted. The file download might be getting corrupted due to a bad driver on the network card.
Please visit your network card provider's website and update the network card with the latest available driver. To determine the manufacturer of your network card, open the Windows Device Manager and look under Network adapters.
Please retry the steps above from a-d and see if the signature now reports as valid before retrying the driver download through GeForce Experience.
