Windows 10 app downloads, then doesnt appear in apps

Clicking on this app, and sorting by name, wll ibring up a list of all of your apps including the hidden or unavailable ones. These are the ones you want to change. Go to the store and download one of these unavailable apps, install, it and run it. Not sure if you need to close. Click on the start button and click on the 3 lines that appear in the uppermost left corner. This has a list of the most used apps, buttons for power, and 4 or 5 other functions. No idea what this column is called.

The name of the app that you downloaded, installed, and ran will be on this list. Right click on it and pin it to the start page. There will be a lot of apps that are unavailable that were were originated by printer drivers, or something else.
