Use this search app. I have tried everything you said. This is where I'm at now. I have my Sun Java Console. My Java Coffee Cup is working, but telling me there is an update that I can't find. While searching I found KB article I followed instructions until I got to "export,backup" then delete. I don't know how to "exort and backup???. KB is a hotfix download from Microsoft that looks too involved for me. Remember Me?
