Did you clear the data and cache from your phone for Go and restart your phone before reinstalling the Go Mobile app? Please follow these steps to disconnect Shealth and reconnect:. If you find that your Shealth stopped after a couple of days, but restarts after you follow the steps to reconnect Shealth, it may be the Android System settings. Newer Android systems have a default setting that stops some apps from running in the background.
