Her suspicious activities and sudden disappearances make everyone believe that she is Stree. Then Stree abducts Jana, a very close friend of Vicky, one night. Vicky and his other friend go to rescue Jana in an abandoned fort where the same mysterious girl who was being suspected to be Stree saves the boys.
However, Stree falls in love with Vicky. Jana is back but he is behaving abnormally. To stop this all Stre menace, Vicky and his friends along with the mysterious girl meet the author of the book who has written about Stree in his book. The author gives them a hint of the guy who will be able to kill Stree. The team later finds out that the hero of the puzzle is actually Vicky. Only Vicky can end this Stree menace in Chanderi. After a long fight, Vicky gets control over Stree and instead of killing her he chops off his braid on the advice of the mysterious girl.
The village is happy that Stree is gone and there will be no kidnappings and no more disappearances. In the last scene, Vicky is seen coming to see off the mysterious girl for whom he has developed romantic feelings. The bus arrives and the girl boards it. This when Vicky realizes that he has not even asked her name. When he asks her name she avoids it. The girl boards the bus and takes her seat. She is seen playing with her braid when the bus conductor asks her to buy the ticket and the conductor looks away.
When the conductor looks back, the mysterious girl has disappeared like magic. It is his second movie with whom he has tasted mega success. Direction wise the movie is superb. The director has been able to keep up the rawness of the reallocation. Kaushik makes you laugh and fear at the same time.
