Ps4 dlc says purchased but did not downloaded

Deactivate the PS4 system before transferring or disposing of it. If multiple users have activated the system as their primary PS4 system, deactivate it for each user. Depending on the type of content, you might not be able to deactivate all of the activated systems using this page.

As per this FAQ, your account should be the only one activated; is your wife's account her own, or a sub-account? When we first got the console, I had activated the PS4 under my account You can only change it so many times per year without having to call Sony and explain your situation and have them do it.

The three songs that you mentioned "Tonight, Tonight," "Disarm," and "Blister in the Sun" do not have Lead arrangements. If you switch your path to Rhythm or bass , you'll be able to play. All I can suggest is that you file a support ticket for the issue. Yea, i have deleted the game off my system twice, installed the Texture Package from the PSN Store then check launched the game and checked the Extra Content section and still said the same thing. Deleted the game again, reinstalled it, then launched the game and downloaded the Texture package from the Extra Content section in game still shows as purchased but not downloaded. I have emailed them about the issue.

But I think your best bet is to put your PS4 in safe mode then clean the memory storage make sure all your data is saved in cloud storage. I hope I somewhat helped.
