Have tried it just, really satisfied with the results. I have increased my fantasy 4x rotation :D Endless Legend, Warlock 2 with your mod, Fallen Enchantress with a couple of mod, it has become an ultimate game if you want some customization in your units in 4xs. So if thinking Warlock2 is like Warlock 1, then I would say Warlock 2 with the Reniassance mod would be better. I would suggest though playing Warlock 2 vanallia for 10 or 20 hours before trying the mod maybe even more.

This way you can really appreciate the Reniassance mod and know exactly how much hard work was put in the mod and what differences are. The Arethi ability to pump out mana and having warlocks and sky ships that use mainly mana was very nice for end game economy and a huge mean army. Even with Baal and Kalinor allied against me, I was able to take them both down. I massed a tons of bows and warlocks and sky ships and then when we were all on the cusp of war, I upgraded them all to their higher forms and went to town.

Oak - Keep up the fight! I enjoy hearing how you do. I can say I regularly struggle on maps like that with super aggressive AIs on impossible. Oak 12 Sep am. They are very unlikely to run into each other and war each other to weaken themselves before hitting you and by the time you reach them, they have massive armies completely upgraded. The later you run into them, the harder it is, because of how big and buffed their armies become. Dremers make it so damn hard because their economy is so weak, you cant just field a huge army of weak meat shields and 4 canon heros.

I just finished a game where I thought I had gotten very strong, even had 4 of those monster Dremer temple units very cool units! We had a big war but I just ran out of units. I think I will try Arethi against 2 opponents.
