Minecraft downloading terrain timed out

Now i have been running a server for quite a bit of time now and I have never used that file. Does anyone know where that file could be located?

And more importantly does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated. It has shut down 4 times in the past 5 minutes and wont stop.
