Clash of Clans. Subway Surfers. TubeMate 3. Google Play. The Best Black Friday deals. Bill Gates' favorite books of Biden OKs release of oil from strategic reserves. Resident Evil review. What your name means in Urban Dictionary. Windows Windows. Most Popular. Once the DVD was released, I got Chantelle to do one of the workouts with me in her living room and give me the inside scoop on all things Riptensity. Needless to say, I was living vicariously through her.

Riptensity is a six-week, bodyweight program. There are six different workouts, ranging from approximately 23 to 26 minutes. This gives you the flexibility to choose one for the day or to combine multiple for a combo-workout. I programmed the Shred Set so that you switch between a lower-body move, an upper-body move, or a cardio move in a total-body athletic metabolic circuit. This Shred Set is a great indicator of your overall fitness, too, since it targets your entire body, challenges steady-state cardio, recruits your fast-twitch muscle fibers, and works your muscles in multiple planes of motion.

If you can accomplish all of this in just 7 minutes, then just imagine what you can do with multiple Shred Sets back-to-back. Do the Shred Set listed below 3 times in a row, resting 1 minute between each set.

Or you can increase the intensity of the movements, making the variations more difficult every round. The next round you do 3 different exercises for 40 seconds each.

And so on until you reach 7 exercises, each done for 40 seconds. Each progression has a theme, too. Exercise 1 is always cardio. Exercise 2 is always some form of plank crawl. Exercise 3 is always a side plank variation.

Exercise 4 is always a supine core move. Exercise 5 is always a lunge variation. Exercise 6 is always a bear push up variation. Each exercise is done for 40 seconds. You get 10 seconds of rest between each exercise and no longer breaks, so it feels like it moves almost non-stop. Tough, tough workout! I tried to stick with the advanced variation of everything but a few times I dropped to the intermediate and once I even dropped to beginner side plank variations.

I asked the seller if he had any additional copies but sadly, he did not. Was going to note it here if he did. Thanks, Jeff. Like Liked by 1 person. Like Like. They keep some programs in stock forever then others—Like B. I did email Gideon about the availability or lack thereof for Riptensity.

I found a general contact email addy on his facebook page. I workout 6 days and my recovery day is usually yoga. However it looks like the titles are exactly the same so I wonder if they reshot the series or just rebranded with new artwork! Thanks for the heads up.

Hope you are enjoying your workouts. I suggest you try her Longevity or Reboot series. Ironically I think you tried her worst workout!

I know you are advanced but I think you will still be challenged. The library has a lot of Tracie Long workouts—mostly her Longevity. She is pretty popular and she used to leave Firm workouts which are the workouts that got me addicted to exercising! But I will keep my eye out for one sometimes I just hit delete without reading. Is it similar to Insanity in any way? Because if it is it might be a deal breaker.
