Templar's mod stopped being developed a while ago I'm pretty sure it doesn't work with the current version anymore, you should try a different mod. Compatibility says otherwise, though it works just the same. I BS'd my way trying to install it and it did not work, i threw in a lot of random files i saw, i made a backup save so the Data is okay, just i do not know how to install it. Just extract all the files to one location then run it the ModAPI. From there you can select what mods you want, what keys they're bound to, etc.
