Ark subscribed to mod not downloaded

2021.12.20 17:35

When I go in the game, it says it is installing the mod in the bottom right corner but no matter how long I wait, nothing happens.

I've tried the above method, but nothing happened. I am only trying to install Structures Plus. Last edited by Revakyol ; 11 Feb, pm. Tezqen View Profile View Posts. Lori37 View Profile View Posts.

So ideleted the game. Renstalled it and the issue persists As of my most recent delete and renstall of this game i have been able to join a vanillia game. But as as soon as i subbed to one of the workshop mods the game crashed and it failed to download. If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. I have looked on youtube and most of the forums without success.

Is the download stuck there? Perhaps with a "Missing Downloaded Files" error? If so, it's a corrupted temp download file. If you've got the Missing Downloaded Files error, try this. Usually step are sufficient.

Delete the Downloads folder. Then restart Steam. Resume the download if needed. If that didn't help: 5. Repeat step 1 and 2. Open the folder.

Delete the folder with the mod's SteamID. Repeat step 3 and 4. This will not affect your game, saves or workshop items. All you'll be deleting is a temporary file that's stored during the download. Normally this file is moved to the Workshop folder once completed, but because it's corrupt Steam doesn't recognize it and it stays in the Downloads folder. This is an issue that currently affects all Workshop games. It's not caused by the actual game, it's a bug in the Steam Client.

Asking Paradox to fix it won't help, the problem is on Steam's end. Upvote 0. Cruel One Recruit. Sep 3, 2 0.
