When Jotaro is hurt on his way to school, he meets a student named Kakyoin. Jotaro and his crew head to Singapore by sea; a Stand with an unknown user attacks Jotaro soon after a stowaway is discovered aboard the ship. Jotaro starts to suspect that Kakyoin must be possessed when he sees him acting strange and brutally beating up a thief while exploring Singapore.

Kakyoin tries to convince Polnareff to run away when he determines that his ally is fighting a losing battle against the enemy Stand. A strange bump on Joseph's arm keeps getting bigger. When a doctor tries to excise it, a face appears on the growth and declares itself a Stand. Jotaro and his crew come across another car as they drive through a mountain road; Polnareff passes it and drives straight into an oncoming truck.

Jotaro and his crew suspect that a Stand is nearby when they discover a horrific corpse in a strangely quiet Pakistani town. Polnareff gets attacked by an army of reanimated corpses when he realizes that the old woman who runs the hotel is a Stand user.

Meanwhile, Polnareff discovers a strange lamp. Jotaro and his crew head for Egypt on a submarine to confront DIO, but a coffee mug suddenly goes through a transformation as they near the continent.

Jotaro and his crew find what looks to be two undersea tunnels after evacuating their submarine to get away from the shapeshifting enemy Stand. Meanwhile, their helper Iggy falls asleep during the fight. A young man named Chaka suddenly changes his personality after he finds a mysterious sword. Meanwhile, Jotaro and his crew make their way to Cairo. Joseph gets shocked by touching a strange rock embedded with an electrical outlet when Jotaro and his crew arrive at the city of Luxor.

Joseph and Avdol get stuck together thanks to the enemy Stand. When they finally manage to separate, their feet get stuck on a railroad track. Polnareff suddenly notices that his shoes are several sizes too big after unsuccessfully giving chase to a man who was following him. Polnareff must fight the Stand user Alessi in his juvenile state with his tiny Stand. When push comes to shove, Polnareff resorts to the unthinkable. Jotaro and his crew finally arrive in Cairo. Hol Horse arrives at the airport in Cairo under orders to kill Jotaro and his crew; inside his suitcase lies his new unwilling partner.

Hol Horse acts according to the prophecy in the book, but he starts to have doubts when Jotaro and the rest of his crew show up at the scene. Meanwhile, Iggy gets confronted by two big, menacing dogs while taking a walk in the city.

Iggy escapes into the river after being seriously wounded in a battle against the falcon Stand user Pet Shop, but Pet Shop shows no sign of giving up. Jotaro berates Joseph as he goes up next and selects a game the butler is best at. Meanwhile, Avdol and the others enter the mansion. Polnareff and Iggy quickly press forward to destroy DIO, but the vicious vampire Vanilla Ice comes up from behind to take them both out.

The mortally-wounded Iggy musters the last of his strength to save Polnareff. Finally, Polnareff stabs Vanilla Ice in the head. Hierophant Green targets DIO with concentrated fire as he falls for his trap. An enraged Jotaro confronts the fully healed DIO for a final battle in the world of frozen time. Call Netflix Netflix.
