First, you need to abort that error loop. Those are files you should be able to run in dos. My cd has 2 such files. You can modify the launchit. It will disable the loop in launchit. You can make the changes on your windows pc, but even on the megatouch itself with the keyboard connected.

I also wiped the CF card and wrote the image again. It tries to load megacdll. I restored the image on the 4 gig CF card and copied your image to the mega folder.
