Windows 10 freezes when downloading

The only thing thats been changed is that I upgraded the PC with a Noctua air cooler and a few news fans. Thank you guys in advance for any help. Could be a few things,.. Might help tp upload a Speccy report for people to look at..

Not sure if that would make a difference. I dont see the cooler being an issue. After all, its only cooling the CPU. Its only been a positive in lowering the temperature. What should I be looking for on my motherboard? The only thing Ive done is ensured all connections are secure and there is no dust buildup.
