Model Reviewed: Adams XTD A3os 3-Wood (15*) This is my first review - I basically signed up to write this review because I am so impressed with this club. I have never felt confident hitting a 3-wood, even though it is supposed to be a consistent replacement when the driver is playing wild. We both rated the Adams Insight XTD A3 driver as the best driver at the show. We were both surprised by the feel, the head design, the sound of the ball off the head and the 55 gram DVS shaft. We both are going to purchase one. Boxer technology in the Adams Insight a3 is designed to offer maximum distance for players with mid to high swing speeds. The neutral weighted head has the majority of its weight pushed into the corners for extra forgiveness. The driver is fitted as standard with Aldila ’s high performance DVS shaft. The XTD is really easy to to make good contact. Just good tempo and the same setup and it goes straight and far. Not as long as the Hi Bore but much more. The XTD A3 is designed for better players.
