This time, I baked Melon breads, one of the famous Japanese breads. It was very difficult to make. I learned them 4 times, but I never make them well. The most difficult point is fixing the cookie's dough to the bread's. Every time, I can't do well. If I have a chance, I'd like to learn how to bake Melon Breads more. I can't stand how to fix a cookie's dough to a bread's so well.
