Where is ipanema resort

The view from the balcony was amazing and we couldn't hear the people next door to us. You may hear some traffic noise but it usually quietens down by 9pm. Would definitely stay here again. We arrived at pm and our Host was very hospitable even at such a late hour, and we were made to feel very welcome.

The facilities were great; we enjoyed the spa and the pool, and the relaxing atmosphere. Our apartment on the tenth floor was perfect; we cooked meals with ease and enjoyed a lovely view from our balcony. The underground parking was great and also made our stay easy and very enjoyable.

Overall our stay at Ipanema was fine, however in the future we will most likely look elsewhere. After entering the unit we found our toilet system was faulty as it continuously made a loud squeaking noice every ten minutes- non stop for the 4 days we spent there.

We also had to purchase our own toilet paper as there was only one in the unit, and the reception was never open so we never got to ask anyone.

On the flip side, the unit was tidy and had an adequate level of cleanliness; the shower rail was full of rust and the toilet seat was broken.
