Where is the key revealing the unseen skyrim
Deal with them and go through the exit at the back of this area into another wide passage with a Chaurus inside. Immediately to the left of the exit, there will be a Falmer chest in the depression there. Get past it and enter the ruins again. In the first room, there will be a Falmer patrolling. There will also be a locked room master to the right of the exit. In the following corridor, there will be another locked door expert in the middle right with a Falmer inside.
The corridor will open out into a long hall with a trench in the middle. There will be two Falmer patrolling the far side of the trench. Following the outer edges of the trench, there will be a locked chest novice on the right. On the other side of the trench from where you entered, will be a room with a Chaurus inside.
The exit is the door opposite where the chest was. Follow the corridor to a door leading to the Mzulft Aedrome. When you enter the Aedrome, there is a ramp in front with a Falmer archer and Chaurus at the top.
Follow the corridor until you get to a large cavern with 4 Falmer inside. There are 2 patrolling the lower area one archer , a Gloomlurker patrolling the first landing, and another Falmer on the top landing.
The two on the bottom can be fought individually but engaging the Gloomlurker will alert the last Falmer. The Gloomlurker has the Focusing Crystal that you need. The hall has three exits. The one up the stairs to the left requires a key. The one directly in front is locked master. So go down the exit to your right. Go through the corridor to a room at the end that has a Dwarven Spider in it. The chest in the room contains the key that you need.
Go back to the big hall and unlock the door at the top of the stairs. Head up some stairs to another locked door needs key and Paratus Decimius will let you in.
Speak to him and he will tell you about his experiments and ask you to go find the Focusing Crystal. If you did not already loot the Crystal from the Gloomlurker, head back to the body and get it. Otherwise proceed to the next step. Just follow him down the corridor and he will lead you to the Oculory.
Once the two of you reach the top, he will explain what needs to be done and ask you to place the Crystal in the cradle. States that a key is required. I can find no key. I read that a voice would speak to me and open the door. That has not happened. Thanks I am retired and need help. Showing 1 - 6 of 6 comments.
Have you checked the body of Gavros Plinius? Try: open the console click on the door use 'unlock' command without ' if it says: unlocked door it should now be open may need activating multiple times. The tunnel leading out has a tripwire that activates a falling boulders trap, and two more chaurus one of them leveled are scuttling about.
At the top of the next ramp around the corner a Dwarven sphere will drop from a port just outside a locked gate. After battling the sphere, move up another ramp and through another door. Beyond this awaits another spider, and beyond that another sphere at the end of the hall.
As you move further into the ruin you come to a room with stairs leading down to a pit, a corridor leading north, and a spider. A Falmer chest Heading east will bring you to an area consisting of natural caverns. When you enter a fairly lengthy tunnel, prepare to meet a leveled chaurus.
Exit the tunnel through a narrow opening to your left. You will then see to your right the opening to a cavern illuminated with a slightly bluish light. If you wait and watch, you may see the occupants of this cavern walking around: a leveled Falmer attended by a chaurus.
A claw trap which swings out from the left wall and is activated by a tripwire is behind a Falmer hut. A second chaurus will probably activate the tripwire on its way to meet you. Continue through the cavern as the path twists and turns. You may wish to save your game before taking the following steps: You can climb the ramp at the southeast point in the room and obtain one or both spell tomes from the table there if you do not have both the Flames and Frostbite Destruction spells.
Only the Frostbite spell will work; it won't move the beams into the correct position if you use any other type of frost spell. The Frost Breath shout will work, but only once, so you can't focus the crystal completely without the use of the Frostbite spell. Return to the same position that you assumed when placing the crystal.
Notice that there are three horizontal blue bands circling the upper portion of the room, each with a round reflector positioned at some point around it. Direct a Frostbite spell into the middle of the ring where you placed the crystal. When the beams move, cast a second Frostbite spell.
When the beams move again, cast a third Frostbite spell. Note that other combinations of the Flames and Frostbite spells may also work. Do not use other spells. Step 5: Beam configuration after using spells Ensure that each of the three beams of light are now pointing into the middle of each blue band none of the beams should point to the horizontal gold rims that separate the bands. You will need to move around to check all three beams. The photo indicates a correct configuration as viewed from the control console at the top of the ramp.
A focused Oculary Walk up the ramp at the southeast point in the room and use the buttons to rotate the bands until the round reflector on each band aligns with a light beam. The left button controls the top band, so press that until the beam aimed at the center of the top band meets the reflector.
Then use the middle button to do the same for the middle band, and the right button to do so for the lower band. A sequence that will result in the proper alignment is: Activate the left button once. Activate the middle button six times. Activate the right button five times. When the Oculory is correctly focused, it will appear as shown.
I've been asked to speak with Mirabelle Ervine to follow up on the Staff of Magnus. Objective Speak with Mirabelle Ervine. Mirabelle has told me that members of the Synod recently visited the College, mentioning the Staff of Magnus.
They were last known to be heading towards Mzulft; they may know more about where to find the staff. Objective Find the ruins of Mzulft. At Mirabelle's suggestion, I entered the ruins of Mzulft searching for the Synod researchers. I found one man who died, and suggested that more people may be inside at something called The Oculory. I should head further into the ruins to see what's going on. Objective Reach the Oculory.
After you've cleared the enemies, the way through is upstairs on the left. You'll need to use the Whirlwind Sprint shout to get by some machinery that will push you off the ledge. Use arrows or magic to get the attention of enemies or use sneaking to take them out. Video Walkthrough Part Two. You will begin to see Falmer now and have to fight them. Few enough are around, but they are more formidable than Spiders. You'll find one Falmer in the first hallway and another up a long ramp past the section where the hall splits in two and reconnects.
Arrows can come in very handy in this area as Mzulft is a big place. Falmer arrows are weak 7 , but better than nothing. One trick in the fog which makes it pretty easy to Sneak about is to shoot arrows into long hallways and use that to draw enemies to you.
Take them out as the come towards you works well with any Slow Time type of Perk. You will run into another cave-like area. Be careful of the Charus , but once dispatched make sure to enter the opening on the right for a Moonstone Ore vein, Charus Egg and goodies.
Beware the booby trap just past the Falmer tent. Continue on through the Boilery and into the Aedrome. You will come to a large room with a number of Falmer you'll have to battle.
