The school is over capacity as well. Classes have too many kids and then unruly kids so education is affected. All so the school can bring down average income and get more money per pupil. Had I have known all of this, my kids would have never attended this school.

People would walk alone at night. Kids play outside. They plan to stay for at least 5 years. It's walkable to restaurants. Neighbors are friendly.

Clean and safe community. The HOA strictly monitors everything and we always have packages delivered when not home with no disturbance.

Great HOA and neighborhood is wonderful! Everyone is so nice here! People go out of their way to be nice and neighborly! Homes are kept up and painted, yards always landscaped really nice!

We love it here and will never move unless we are forced too! I enjoy living here, the neighborhood has a nice park. Still a nice neighborhood though. My neighbors introduced themselves within minutes of my arrival and have been very helpful.
