Shame on me for trying again. This place is not going to change evidently!

I can't comment on how great the food was, becuase it was cold and tasteless, but i can say that it used to be really good. I know things and places change, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. By the way your lucky that i even left the amount of tip that i did. Seems like everyone is related to one another and too busy yelling at each other.

So to call and complain which i have, gets you nowhere! I have been here 6 times in hopes that the service would not be the same time and time again, but i guess i was wrong! The food is not bad, but the place smells gross and the service is the worst that i have ever experienced in all my life. The waitress with the blonde hair has about as much personality as a zombie.

The old man with white hair seems like he would rather be at the bar next to capparelli's. But most of all ,these two argued most of the time instead of taking care of my family and i as well as all the other patrons dinning.

When i see that they are there working we go somewhere else. Which seems to be all the time becuase these two are always there it seems. Wait staff really sucks so bad!!!! Who is the idiot who hired and kept these morons? If i wanted to be treated like unimportant crap, i would go to "Dicks" on the river walk. Order a supreme pizza and received the greatest pizza ever. Will go back!! I agree with the other reviews that sometimes the service isn't the best or the fastest, but once your food arrives, it is GREAT!

I have been eating at the Caparelli's restaurants for decades. I have a menu from their location that once stood where the Bill Millers is on…. We like to eat at Reggiano's just for a night out or for a special occasion. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by fabulous hostesses,…. This is THE place to go for great pizza and sandwiches.

Try their eggplant sub! This is really a neighborhood restaurant. Every meal is as good as the last! Even the daily specials are just that - special.
