New facilities that are designed to help create the best environment possible to work in. Love the family atmosphere and encouragement that everyone offers between departments. I loved being able to pray at work and talk about God with my coworkers. They were all nice to work with and my bosses were great and supportive and very patient with me.
This organization is an absolute mess. The executive leaders are politicians, who manipulate donors and waste money spinning aimlessly in circles. I have never seen a leadership team paid so much to do so little. If you are someone who is ambitious for the success of the organization, eager to produce, passionate about excellence, committed to innovation, etc.
