When I inquired about this car they said it was available and a few minutes I got a message from them and told me that it was still available. So I replied saying I will come and want to check the car. Then they replied again saying they will be happy to do it on my way how to purchase the car. Next message I got from them is that someone just bought the car.

I was disappointed. Very attentive and helpful staff. All of them including the manager was so nice and accommodating. Definitely a great experience with them. Great experience, I purchased the car I wanted and they did everything they could to help me get it.

Made the buying experience unpleasant for both of us. Car was supposed to be available in three to four days and was actually available 11 days later, after the birthday. No effort was made to make up for the disappointment. The communication was good, everything went ok. The downside was not charging the car so I couldn't take it home, they had to tow it to me at their expense. Very quick and efficient service and was able to provide a great deal on my new vehicle.

Very unprofessional. Arranged for a test drive. Dealer called me 5 hours before my appointment to say he did not have the keys to the car. We rescheduled the appointment. The dealer was not present for the appointment. I called the dealer and got the response that he still did not have the keys. Made me feel like it was a scam! Each time I called kid's were answering and when I wanted to go look at it kept wanting to reschedule.

Finally the day comes for me to go. He asked for me to send a picture of my driver's license. I obliged he then said he had to get it smoged. Poor experience. Would not recommend. When I found out the AC didn't work and I was not interested, the salesman became entirely disinterested and, essentially, walked away. I suggested an independent inspection and he just said "keep me posted" and turned his back and left me.

Truly best experience of buying a car ever 1st class and Erin the sales rep. Dealer stated options would not be removed. If they can't be removed they're not optional. Had I known the dealer's actual intended sale price for car I would not have spent my time going there. Made appointment, traveled to dealership. I told them that the deal was not possible and left. They continued to call me multiple times. I used your service not to be treated in this manner.

This is a untrustworthy dealership with dishonest management. I did not go see the car, about miles away from my home. However they fold up immediately, and re followed up again.

If it was not for the distance I would have happily visited their dealership. Transmission: Automatic. I have to say after I purchased this car; I was not to thrilled with them. However, once I expressed my displeasure; they came through. So all in all, I feel their effort to make up for the negatives that I experienced were admirable.
