The series lasted for four seasons before it was cancelled in Of course, the show was cancelled before fans ever learned where the baby came from and who dropped him off. I would love to see that happen because I think we ended on the weirdest note ever and so we've talked about it and I would love to see what they are doing 25 years later, and I'd love to see that situation. I've already started writing little bits and pieces down, so we'll see if I can convince someone to make six, 10, 12 episodes.

Wells informs them, they are soul mates and there is a curse on the love of their souls. The only way to lift the curse would be to travel in time, to the period when the curse was first applied. Lois and Clark accompany H. Wells to medieval times, to a land where Tempus is a lord, and Clark, without his powers, is Lord Tempus' most impressive knight.


Clark has a secret S4, Ep5. An old man stumbles into the Daily Planet asking for Jimmy before dropping down dead. His ID says that he is only in his twenties, but his looks suggest that he is over Jimmy decides to investigate this himself and gets into serious trouble. Meanwhile, Lois is told that Superman ages much, much slower than humans. She begins to have nightmares where she is an old woman while Superman is still young.


S4, Ep6. When Lois Lane receives a phone call from Elroy Sikes, an ex-snitch, pertaining to have information about a story, she rushes off to meet him. When he starts telling her the "story" he demonstrates by telling her to point a gun at him. Suddenly the gun goes off of it's own accord, though Lois's finger was nowhere near the trigger, killing Sikes. Lois is put in jail, awaiting her trial. Meanwhile Jefferson Cole makes a holographic device, determined to ruin Lois's life.


S4, Ep7. Even Superman's powers may not be enough to prove Lois innocent of murder. The character was killed off during the Season One finale, The House of Luthor , so the series could move away from having one main villain. But death proved to be but a temporary inconvenience and the character was briefly resurrected for the Season Two episode, Phoenix , with John Shea reprising the role.


In this episode, Lex sported his traditional bald look from the Superman comics and was kept alive for future use. However, he was killed off once again — and this time for good. Although the character was officially dead, Shea did return to the role one final time, for a voice over in the Season Four episode, Shadow of a Doubt. This voice over was via a recording which Lex had made prior to his death, so it allowed the actor to reprise his role without the need to resurrect the character.


Mxyzptlk, Toyman, Prankster and Intergang. The villains differed somewhat from their comic book counterparts, but shared similar characteristics and traits. The show also used the names, Dr. Light and Deathstroke — two additional comic book villains. However, these villains had nothing to do with the characters from the comics. This relationship developed with each passing season, leading to the inevitable subject of marriage. In this episode, Lois and Clark finally tied the knot.
