I was in the market for anew moisturizer as I noticed my skin going from pretty oily to really dry from the curology treatment I've been using. This did next to nothing for me and my dry skin. I applied it to dry skin, damp skin, packed it on, applied it before my acne treatments, after my acne treatment, and my skin seemed moisturized at first.

Then after about 20 minutes, my forehead was visibly dry. Then by midday, around my mouth was terribly dry. I'd use it in the evening, and my skin would be super chapped in the morning. With all that being said, this is better for someone with normal skin than it is for dry skin in my experience. I have really dry skin especially in the winter.

This product does the job! It smells good and doesn't irritate my skin. This is my 2nd bottle! The best body lotion ever!! I am very concerned about the type of body lotion I use.

I prefer to use lightweight skincare products, and this feels great on my skin while still delivering intense hydration I would also recommend pairing a hyaluronic acid serum under it for extra bouncy skin. My new go-to! I love this product for morning and night use. It's very lightweight and dries fast, but leaves your skin feeling very hydrated. It was delivered with lotion on the outside of the bottle, my other products, and the inside of the package.

I would recommend buying it in person instead of online so you don't have to waste product and wash off everything that you ordered. I just got this a couple days ago and I am already loving it. I use it morning and night and I only use a half pump of it. I love how it makes my skin feel fresh and Moisturized. I only use this at night because it leaves my face a little oily. Very thick. Barely need any for full coverage. I used to use the most expensive creams— even de la mer.

But nothing has transformed and calmed my skin like this moisturizer. It feels plump, revived and bouncy. It feels like a talk glass of water for your skin— and even my oily skin has transformed more towards normal skin now. I use it with the resurfacing retinol and the acne face wash. My skin has cleared, evened out and is better than it has ever been in 20 years I used this moisturizer for the first time yesterday and didn't notice anything off but today it smelled like fish as I was putting it on.

I thought maybe I had touched something and it was just my hands that I was smelling so I washed them and touched my face again only to still smell the fishiness. I googled it and other people have had the same problem, definitely concerning if you ask me.

This works amazing for dry skin! It's lightweight but feels very moisturizing. My husband has always struggled with extremely dry skin; after 3 days of use there is a noticeable difference. We will be repurchasing. I have combo skin, and this is a solid year-round moisturizer. I do wish Cerave used more eco-friendly packaging, though. I used to really love this moisturizer. But for some reason my "hormonal" acne comes back if I use this!!

Very concerning to me and I have had other problems with the CeraVe products. I had a severe reaction to their micellar water that left my eyelids completely swollen and scabbed. I have sensitive skin but I've never reacted that badly to a product before, ever. I don't feel like I can trust this brand any more. Definitely meant for the body, felt really heavy on my face didn't soak in very well on the face. When I sweat the hyaluronic acid sweats off leaving my body kinda slippery.

I don't mind that feeling too much it's not sticky and helps with chaffing but it's definitely a little weird. I purchased this product as an initial moisture barrier for when I get out of the bathtub.
