I don't believe that as I can pay twice as much money for them and get good ones, so I guess this is one of those you get what you pay for products.

I did receive of the wrong plates, they were the plain gold ones. I had to email them pictures of the wrong ones, but instantly chatted with someone and they paid for the shipping back and sent me the right ones within a few days.
