You can stay here with your family. Good Hotel Shangri-La. Excellent location in Dalhousie with full view of the Pir Panjal range from the balcony. The food served was also very good and the staff were courteous. Only minus point is that you have to go down from the road to their reception by a steep staircase around 45 degrees slope. Otherwise every thing is plus.

Food is also ok, overall happy with Hotel Shangri-La and Makemytrip service. Good stay but parking was chargeable and not free as mentioned. Stay at Shangri-la is fantastic.
