Take the briefcase on the ground. Click your character twice. This is the place with lots of pipes above your character. Kill both Alonzo's men. Kill the bearded guy. Click the tunnel on the right.

Click another tunnel in front of your character. Press spacebar when you are ready. There are 3 heads to be sifted. Go to the left by clicking the end of the pipe on the left.

Go to the right by clicking your character's body. There will be another bearded man walking. Shoot him too after you press spacebar. Click the place where he walked out from. Enter the tunnel on the right. City Forces. The Take Down. Click the door upstairs. Click wherever Alonzo runs to.

Take the riot shield on the ground. Take cover when he is shooting. Press spacebar and then shoot him. If your bullet hit him, he will crouch. After you shoot once, take cover quickly.
