It is in this moment when Delsin figures out he can absorb powers from others. All this leads you into Seattle to do battle with the DUP. Moreover, you will be able to absorb the energy of your attacks from the environment to change your tactics on the fly. Without giving away any spoilers, I can tell you that each new superhuman ability you earn looks and feels fantastic.
You have fast low-powered projectiles and a few high-powered and charged shots. Evil Delsin will race against the clock to complete objectives, while good Delsin will earn points based on accuracy of his attacks and lose them for missing targets.
These two completely different setups were designed to entice players back into missions to test their skills and view a different side of Delsin. Harper said the DLC isn't a wait-til-you-beat-the-main-game deal; players can tackle it before, after, or any time during their play through of Second Son.

The black stuff would move too so it looked like there were spiders in your lightning. I wish they had kept that in the second one. I've always preferred playing as Evil Cole in both games, but narratively speaking being a sadistic turd rarely felt justified. I always tried to assume that, when going Evil, Cole simply always had a bit of an inner-twat and gaining those powers was the boost he needed to start spreading his malicious intents.
But because he has such little backstory, it's difficult to carry it on. The evil side missions in the first game are the best side missions in the game.

First off, you just shoot the head and they die; however, for good karma, you have to shoot BOTH feet before they go down. Having said that though, the feet are larger targets because it encompasses their entire boots, pretty much up to their knees.
Also, the head is more obstructed of a target because there is no laser penetration, if their shoulder gets in the way then you do not get the headshot.
As a little added bonus for evil karma, though, the head is usually visible. When they are behind barriers, you can acquire that headshot, but the feet are buried behind the barrier. One of the nice things about good karma is that you get a couple of abilities that heal you.

I just know I dashed, got healed, and did not die. Okay, I get it, you came here for an answer, not all my blabber.
The problem is, I cannot make that decision for you. If you skipped down here and do not want to read a whole article, or if you still are not sure, then do not worry about it. Each karma has its advantages and disadvantages, but nothing is game-changing.
