We have the playpass and yes the park opens early but you cant access the rides until the park officially opens. We just waited inside and we went passed the bigger rides went to the back of the park and later on moved to the front. It is perfect your your kids' ages. Your kids will have a blast running around the water play structure and spraying each other with water or riding Splash Battle, where you are guaranteed a good soaking. They can also spray the people riding Splash Battle.
