方向オンチ

Hi everybody! I am a 方向オンチ so it’s a very useful Japanese phrase for me. In English we don’t have a simple, convenient phrase like 「 方向オンチ」 but if, like me, you are bad with directions, we should practice this phrase:

I’m bad with directions. (私は方向オンチです。）

名詞の “directions” を取り替えたら他の役に立つ言い回しも簡単に言えるでしょう。

▼ For example…

・I’m bad with numbers. (計算など下手です。)

・I’m bad with children. (子供苦手です。)

・I’m bad with machines. (器械オンチです。)

And that’s about it. 他の “I’m bad with 何々” の言い回しはあまりないと思います。 “I’m bad ☆at☆ 何々” の方がよく使われてます。例えば、“I’m bad at math” (数学苦手) や “I’m bad at 漢字” とか…。
