Assuming you actually installed an HP printer on this laptop, when that box pops up, look for a "browse" option and point it at the HP installation CD which should be in your optical drive.

Be sure to unplug the printer before launching solutioncenter. Since you just installed Norton and ran a scan, it's possible Norton removed important files related to an HP printer and caused all your other problems too. I don't use Norton, but look for an "undo" option to reverse changes it made to your system and that might also fix these problems.
