Where to find hypnotic dust

2022.01.07 19:26

Well it depends on your primary crafting profession so lets take a peek. We have guides to grind the following mats as well at our Wow Farming Guides page.

These include Cloth farming, Leather farming, Ore farming and Enchanting mat farming. Okay so this means you can just go and buy item level armor, not weapons items but that can be costly.

Most people will post these items for several gold each so this could be pricey considering it is just some dust. If you are in need of making some fast cash then check out this Gold Guide. Well then, so i dont see where i should be farming So if a make a neatherweave bag for tailoring, would i get some hypnotic dust?

Once you have an item you can disenchant it. I hate to not directly answer, but Andre's suggestion looks good. Gobolord , Feb 11, Feb 11, 6. Feb 11, 7. Feb 11, 8. Feb 11, 9.

Feb 12, How do I get the Dreamshards? Edit: Found them! Cheapest Blue disenchants to Dreamshards! Purple to Abyssal Shards and you can turn those to dust and essences. November 13, in Farming Guides 1 Comment. There are quite several spots and methods to farm this Cataclysm dust, running Bastion of Twilight for the mobs at the entrance for example, or Grim Batol up to the first boss are two of them.

And this spot is in Deepholm. From there fly north-east, to Verlok Stand 71, What you have to do here is pretty simple. You may have to fight a boss or two if you're not a rogue or a druid, but even those were quite easy for me to solo. Comment by tripjack Do not bother with the Verlok Stand farming. I just went and killed the mobs mentioned for 20 minutes and ended up with a whole 12 Embersilk Cloth and zero greens for DE'ing.

Apparently this farming area has been nerfed to the ground. Not to mention the mobs there will drop Embersilk Cloth , which you can then be tailored into Death Silk recipes and also disenchant into Hypnotic Dust. Comment by Bulle Dont waste your time trying farming this in instances, because at least as of Cataclysm, the super easy way of getting greens is by simply questing.

Hopefully you have some quests left to do. Celestials sold for maybe g, so it I've paid g per Dust thank God it was still way below AH price. Comment by Tyrick You can get these by disenchanting items with item level Here , you can browse the items so you can figure where to obtain them.

There is a relatively easy way to farm them, if you are a tailor. Two birds with one stone, and it keeps me busy. Pinnacle gives tons of Volatile Air , and Stonecore gives Embersilk Cloth , both of which still sell very well, at least on my server. Comment by killerwolf84 any one have any tips on dungeons i could farm for Hypnotic Dust. With you will create roughly Hypnotic Dust from each disenchant you will also net quite a few Lesser Celestial Essence and Greater Celestial Essence which you can then resell to recoup quite a bit of gold.

To obtain the materials you can either purchase them from the auction house or use Prospecting on Elementium Ore , Obsidium Ore , or Pyrite Ore. Comment by Himela A clever and fast way to find items for disenchant and make hypnotic dust and also farm embersilk cloth for your tailoring is doing Grim Batol when you are level I did it with my elemental shaman twice in half and hour and took Embersilk cloth and many items to disenchant.

What you got to do is take one dragon at the start and half kill as many as the mobs as you can. Then it will be easier to kill them. Good luck :. Comment by I've currently disenchanted Deathsilk Cowl x85, while statistically it's a small sample size, I do disenchant a bunch every day, and will update until I get to and maybe beyond. This is all including the Bountiful bags guild perks as well. Comment by jordexciu This section of leveling enchanting cost me roughly g, just to get those 75 levels from Also with the drop rate of Embersilk being removed from the Troggs in Fractured Front in Deepholm, Needlerock Slag Embersilk has become harder to acquire, however here is an alternative; you can try the following.

First you will have to had to completed the full starting quest chain from Twilight Highlands and the full Iso'roth quest chain, as well. For the best results, pieces an hour or more you need to be on a tailor that has scavenger, and pop a potion of treasure finding to get the chests which yield a ton of Embersilk, volatiles, ore, and greens you can DC. The AH had these babies at 20g per dust, and even those were selling!

I was still too low level for farming of the embersilk cloth and I haven't started farming Frostweave due to needing of them , so my options were very thin. What I decided to do was quest through Pandaria till level 86, then go back to Cataclysm and do quests until I have enough dust choosing Armor rewards more highly then Weapons, as I had alot of Essences already.

My advise? To get enough dust to level enchanting, I had to finish Twilight Highlands, Deepholm and Uldum completly, this is including random world green drops as well. It was a huge time sink, and a green generally came once every three quests, with the final quest chains rewarding a blue instead. So I advise you to level another character with Jewelcrafting to make the green rings and necklaces, or just level mining and ask someone to do it for you. Good luck! Comment by alenthir If you have a high level character I recommend farming Stonecore for greens and disenchanting them.

Any level 90 can do this. With my paladin runs take about minutes and the Stonecore instance can be reached really fast from the larger cities. Also there is a mailbox in the faction area where you come from the portal where you can send the loot to your enchanter. In the instance I farm up until Ozruk because beyond this boss there are too little mobs.

Also, I skip some of the Rock Flayers in the outer corridors.
