I've done some Killer games early mornings on Xcloud where matchmaking took several minutes, figured it was a time of day thing but NAT makes way more sense since I can't control it on a mobile network.

Edit: Actually wait, I don't think cloud streaming would use my network, the network would have to be directly tied to the "console" so it'd be on the cloud end, which i imagine is open NAT. Don't have a good way of finding out though. In any case time of day is a factor, I've definitely noticed queue times flipping back and forth. It'd be cool if they gave bonus XP or BP to the less populated side to encourage evening it out.
