ベトナムに行ってきました。

先週9/21〜25まで私自身初となる、ベトナムへ行ってきました。

今回のベトナム行きはYuji Michael Earthmanさん(

)の活動の一環でホーチミン市で開催されるPeacecharityeventに参加する為でした。

ほんの数日の渡航でしたが、本当にたくさんの学びがあり色々な気づきがぎゅっと凝縮した4日間でした。

今回、私はこれからのベトナムの発展を牽引するであろう優秀で意識が高く、行動力のある学生や活動に賛同する方々に対して行うイベントの一部に、ヨガの講師としてお声掛けいただき、ヒモトレとヨガを通してからだの可能性を感じ、からだを通して自分と向き合うワークショップを行いました。

2日間のイベントの内、1日目はホーチミン市の中心部から車で1時間程のホーチミンで唯一の有機農園『Sunny Farm』にて同じ日本から渡航したShare Style BBQという活動をしている岩井 慶太郎さんの食を通し人の繋がりを育むワークショップなども行われ、環境活動と平和活動、環境汚染と有機栽培のことなど体験を通して幸せについて学ぶセッション。

今回一緒にイベントを創り、参加してくれた学生達は、今大きな変化の只中にあるベトナムで積極的にそして前向きに社会活動に参加し、自らそうした社会活動のクラブの主導を務める若きリーダー達。

持続可能な社会の実現に向けて自ら感じ、考え、そしてしっかりアクションを起こしていく姿に、私も多くの事を学ばせていただき、とてもインスパイアされました。

今はSNSなどを通じて色んな情報も得られて、幅広く色んな人と繋がれる時代の中で、世界的に健やかな在り方へと向かうムーブメントが起きていることをこのベトナムでも肌で感じる事が出来た1日となりました。

Last night I returned home safely from Vietnam.

This time for Vietnam was to participate in Peacecharityevent held in Ho Chi Minh City as part of Yuji Michael Earthman's activities.

Although it was only a few days, it was 4 days with a lot of learning and various awareness.

This time I am invited as a lecturer of yoga to those who are excellent, conscious, active students and those who agree with activities that will lead the future development of Vietnam, and the possibility of body through yoga I did a workshop to dialogue with myself through the body.

Among the two-day event, on the first day, at the only organic farm (Ho Chi Minh) about 1 hour by car from the city center, at KeitaroIwai's "Share Style BBQ" activity, people's connection through food We also made a workshop to create. We held a session to learn about happiness through experiences such as environmental activities and peace activities, environmental pollution and organic cultivation.The young leaders who created the event together and participated in this time are participating actively and positively in social activities.I learned many things and was inspired by the way they felt, thinking, and acting wisely themselves toward the realization of a sustainable society.Now is the time to get various information through SNS etc. and connect with people all over the world. In Vietnam also I was able to realize that a movement towards a healthy way on a global scale is occurring.(I'm sorry that my English is sometimes wrong. 🙏💦I also used the translation of google.)
