Urban Night : Tamachi-2
Technically, today's spot, Shibaura Futo (Pier) is closest to the same name station of Yurikamome Monorail Line, which you can take from one of the major Tokyo's terminal, Shinbashi Sta.
However, if you're willing to take a night walk to digest sushi & ramen you've eaten up during the day, this is a nice walking course starting from Shibaura Exit of Tamachi Sta.
Best Circle In Tokyo
Crossing the 3 canals & an elevated highway, you'll finally feel ocean breeze & this "Circle" comes into your sight.
This road used by both vehicles & the monorail functions as an entry to Rainbow Bridge, connecting Shibaura area and reclaimed area Odaiba, known as an entertainment spot.
Seeing lots of taxies & trailer heads passing by with this backdrop is really impressive. And an engine sound from some industrial boats nearby is such a wonderful BGM.
Enjoy Subtle Nuance
In photographing this huge structure, you'll notice that subtle angle adjustment creates a difference.
The pic below shows running monorail & Ferris wheel in Odaiba.
This one shows the actual part of Rainbow Bridge.
On the left, you'll also find this triangular building. So many things to be framed at once!
Don't waste your time & money on your short stay in Tokyo, there are lots of stuff you can enjoy without paying for!
