This is why you face a channel blackout. At the dawn of this year, somewhere around February, a lot of complaints were heard in regards to local channels not showing up on DirecTV.

Best TV decision I ever made! If the two companies know that their contract expires on a certain date, why not begin negotiations months in advance and not take away channels that the customers are paying for. This is not fair and you know it. There are other servers who would be happy to replace you. Removing channels seems to be the norm, and I am not happy with your service. I am sure they knew these contracts were coming to a close and could have negotiated early.
