Where is ivar lotro

Ivar the Blood-hand is a Gaunt-lord, a being of great and dark power, made in mockery of the Wizard Radagast the Brown. He is weakened at the moment, not only by his meddling with Radagast, but also as he continues to raise the army of Dead within the bounds of Garth Agarwen. Objective 1 Defeat Ivar the Blood-hand without destroying his banners Do not destroy Ivar's despaired banner-wight Do not destroy Ivar's wrathful banner-wight Ivar the Blood-hand must fall.

His strength must fade, and he must become what he should have been all along: a memory of a begone age. But I gather that Ivar's Crypt is on a hill behind a gate inside the GA version of a "Barrows" instance, and I haven't immediately figured out how to get that gate open. It's the only location I haven't gotten for the deed.
