The reason I choose kia of albany I have history here the people there are great. They work hard to get u what u want. The sales person Johnny was outstanding. Hands high for him. Great place. I found the vehicle I was looking for through the Kia. Within a few minutes I received an email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. An hour later my salesperson, Tramika, emailed me. I told her the vehicle I was interested in and that I lived 2 hours away.

She called me a little while later to get my specifics and said she would work up a price. We then proceeded through text messaging as I was at work and not able to take calls. Tramika FAR exceeded my expectations and after a few rounds of messaging back and forth we came up with a price within 2 hours.

I explained to her that I would be up to check out the car 3 days later when I was off. When we got there, the staff were extremely friendly and got me with my sales person quickly.

She took all the time I needed to go over all of the specifications and features of the car and we finalized the deal.

I left as a very satisfied Customer and have been extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased. Kia has come a long way in their cars and in my opinion the Sportage SX is a top pick for a SUV for its options, styling and performance! Thanks again Kia of Albany Georgia, you out did yourselves in my opinion.

I was very pleased with Lenard and Kim. I absolutely love my KIA Optima. I guess my only gripe is the price. In which I am sure almost everyone wants to get a new car for a less as possible. But other then that I had a Great experience. We have had 3 Kia's now and the last one I bought was for my Granddaugher who is in college.

Johnny worked very hard to get the price right for me and the payments. He is the best. The overall customer service is great. Service department is also very receptive. Thank you, Johnny!! All of the employees are so friendly and they don't treat you as if you were just a paycheck. If you go there make sure you ask for Tori, he will help you out. The owner was present in the building and not only took the time to meet me and speak with me about our situation he actually sits in a n office and works!!

Not like the previous owners. Their finance guy Charles, very nice and very helpful. Thanks guys, you helped me out a lot!! My wife and i visited Kia because of a radio ad we heard and were looking at buying a new vehicle. We looked at a few models and decided on a new Kia Sorento.

This did bother me some because I was told what ever it took to get me in that Sorento at the price i wanted would be done. Well that didnt quite happen that way. However we continued on with Torry and found another vehicle and we were satisfied with the Kia Optima. Charles was the closing manager and worked great at getting me as close as possible to the price i asked for. I would recommend this dealership to any one interested in buying a new vehicle.

Now, almost a year after completing her Associate degree in Applied Science from Vol State, she is definitely not doing too shabby as the new spokesperson for Universal Kia. Initially, Capps came to Vol State to pursue a degree as a dental hygienist, but decided to just get her general education requirements out of the way and pursue a career as a veterinarian after taking a some time off.

Her break from school has turned into what could be her new career, when she unexpectedly received a job offer. A few months later she is the face and voice for radio and television commercials for the new Universal Kia. Although Capps really wanted to become a veterinarian, she is not opposed to her new spokesperson career leading her down another career path. She said it has always been her dream to be in front of a camera as a model one day, but she never expected to work in the car industry.
