Why cant sheena summon

Sheena has been proved to be the least efficient character, but the game isn't so difficult that she inhibits the party in battle you may not win as fast as you would with para ball spam but IIRC Sheena can't chain a level 3 tech out of Serpent Seal Pinion, but again with force seal and hard hit you can barely even notice this fact.

You can usually get in a demon seal without any issues, and because it's a "new combo" demon seal doesn't suffer from the diminishing tech rule.

TC if all of the hatred for sheena hasn't turned you off, go ahead and use her. If you're a perfectionist who can't stand to spend a minute or two extra fighting, then go play colette and para ball spam not that i'm bashing that. Colette is actually my favorite character.
