You can also find wild steelbloom and other herbs. I usually go there, but if I'm in SM not often anymore,since I don't get exp from it or good drops I make sure to get the herb from armory.

I won't go and reset all the time, just go in once or twice. If you're going to another instance, ex mara after that, and you can't enter and instance for another hour, well, tough luck.
