Here I will only outline the conclusion from that post:. In general, the cheapest taobao agent for USA is Cssbuy. They offer a competitive price for most of the shipping methods.

For small parcels under 2kg, you can use EUB epacket , the rate is cheapest and you can usually receive your parcel within 2 weeks. I decided to use CSS, and it is horrible! My items are still stuck with them, because I bought 2 stone lion statues 30cm each that comes packed in wooden crates in by the seller to protect them.

I know that is not true, because the seller on Taobao, ships direct to countries like Singapore, USA via the app, and his packaging is always in Wooden crates to protect the statues. Can anyone advise on what I should do next?

I have a package on the way with an order I made through "Superbuy", am satisfied with the service. But if there are other trustworthy agents out there that take a smaller cut I'd love to know.

Particularly if there are agents with better bulk shipping prices. Not as unreasonable as I had feared though. But my next planned order will probably weigh a couple kilos, so shipping charges suddenly matter a lot more. The dashboard and navigation doesn't take too long to get used to. I was always very pleased with the service and how quickly they replied to questions.
