Seche vite how many coats

I've been working on that, plus more water and exercise bleh, I don't get how anyone enjoys exercising , so I'm hoping to see an improvement in a few months.

It won't fix the psoriasis, but I'll be happy with less peeling and tearing. I'm just glad that I never got in the habit of buying convenience food or ordering take-out, so I do have an idea of what I need to add or replace.

When I bought my bottle of Seche Vite the bottle I have now is the first I've ever bought it came in a box with instructions inside. The instructions stated clearly to apply over wet polish which at first I didn't follow because it went again my old-school logic! Did yours come without the box?? No box, bought online.
